Our History: Accurate Excavators was founded in November of 2001 by Roger Jourden II. Roger had grown up working for his parents at Michigan's Adventure amusement park, and in their excavation, recycling, and trucking divisions. Roger began the business with one skid steer loader, a mini excavator and a five CY dump truck. Accurate worked primarily on small residential projects for those early years. As Accurate Excavators’ reputation grew, the demand for larger projects grew. Accurate began to perform full size residential work, commercial sitework, and municipal projects. In 2006 Accurate Excavators moved into their current 6,000 SF facility on 50 acres in Dalton Township. This facility allows Accurate to offer concrete recycling, composting, stump recycling, and topsoil production. Accurate Excavators employs a talented team of operators, laborers and drivers. Together this team works hard to follow the Mission and Vision of Accurate Excavators.
